I am in love. I just saw a beautiful 2001 S8 with only 25k on it. dealer is asking 47,500. It comes with full waranty etc., How does it sound?

They may also have a brillient black with 17k miles for $50 or so.

Alcantara interior, etc. The car was Audi Assured, and it drove well, but there was a huge nasty scratch in the additional dash leather (passenger side dash), and all of the wheels had curb rash. The dealer wouldn't budge on price, so I left. That car sold a week later, and another one with same mileage and pricing sold the day I was there.

I've been monitoring S8 pricing for the last year.
I'd say the pricing is good. Just make sure you drive it, and that you check all the cosmetics. That dealer (Audi Mendham/Bernardsville) told me that they will not repair any cosmetics to make it pass the Audi Assured tests. They say they don't have to fix cosmetics for Audi Assured status.

The pearl white car you are looking at has the alcantara package, which few cars had. If you want pearl white, and you want alcantara, you should jump at this one.

I bought my 01 s8 there last year and paid about the same price for the car, I noticed a few things the car needed and they fixed them. If your are interested contact Frank T. he is the sales person I dealt with and was very cooperative.
