Audi creates new electronics daughter


Still in this year Audi plans to bundle its electronics activities in new subsidiary company. The new society Audi Electronics venture GmbH is to be created at the master seat of the Audi AG in Ingolstadt and be investigated and developed over co-operation or participation with high technology enterprise electronic innovations for autoproduction. The capital stock bteraegt 500,000 euro (978,000 Marks).
