Jack,

You need to get a inner boot kit. It will have the rubber boot, boot clamps, grease, and be sure you get the kit that has the rear housing seal, this is to replace the metal press in seal on the back of the housing. the replacement seal will have a circle clip to hold it in place. you will need to knock the old seal out of the back,(transmission side, where the 6 flange bolts attach to the axle shaft. Remove the clip that holds the tripple roller bearing assembly on the splined shaft and remove from your axle. Place the boot and boot clamps on the shaft and put the shaft end (splines exposed through the outboard opening of the housing. Then you can slip the tripple roller bearing assembly on the splined shaft, replacing the retaining clip. don't forget to have added the grease back to the joint and crimping the small and large boot clamps. The last part of the re-assembly is to replace back seal properly. You may have to get the proper boot kit from the dealer, I have seen pictures of inner boot kits from other sources and I didn't see the rear seal shown in the photos. I am surprised you were able to get the assembly apart as you are showing with the tripple roller extracted from the outboard side of the housing. I would check it closely to make sure there are no problems with the housing and the roller bearings. Don't know if any of this helps. Good luck.
