I believe so, the PBRs are reboxed Axxis pads and the PBR's do. I've been running the PBRs but the next set I'm going to use are the metal masters. Althought the ceramics produce far less dust than OE, the metal masters produce even less, but are not as rotor friendly as the ceramics.
