B-pilar's rearward air vent doesn't push air. Internal duct misaligned?

Probably the duct in the door somewhere. Opening up = knowing
Test the system first by opening the front door and feel if air comes out the dashboard vent connecting to the door's intake.
If so, then that part of the route is okay.
