B-pillar "clicking" noise
An old issue across various Audi models. Various explanations, the most plausible being drying up of the door frame seals. I had the dealer check this out a few months back and after they applied some seal grease the noise was gone. It came back last month so when I spoke with my service manager and asked for the grease they used, the mechanic kindly gave me a half-full tube he had nearby to take home. For anyone interested, it's a VW Group item with Part No G 000 100 MQ and description "Hight Performance Grease (for clutch splines)"

FWIW mine only clicks when I am at speed (60+) *and* my blower is past 50%...
I suspect the negative pressure from speed and positive pressure from the blower is enough to make the car flatulate. Soon as I turn the blower down she is quiet. Oh and I get no noise during warm weather when the rubber is more pliable.

It's literally the vertical B pillar rubber seal 'flapping'. Look over your shoulder and watch it or
put your finger on it - silence.
Last year I jammed a small piece of cardboard in there, but it was annoying and kept falling out.
I need a needle or something to shoot some glue in there.
Any thoughts?

Are you referring to the seal on the door that overlaps the opening when the door is closed?
I think mine is also due for replacement. Driver's side, at least.
It seems to have shriveled up a bit, and is no longer covering the top corner when the door is closed.
