Ive just installed a bass upgrade to the standard stereo, it sounds great in the car. The only problem is that the rear bumper rattles too much I think its the wires in it conecting to the parking sensors. I want to take it off and soundproof it, but am not sure how to remove it. Can anyone tell me how to take the rear bumper off, thanks.

There are two large vertical bolts that hold the bumper in, most likely a 10 mm hex head.
Here's the front bumper:

Just get under the rear of the bumper, look up and you should see the two vertical bolts, they screw into absorbers that look just like this (front end shown):

You'll most likely have to pull the rear inner fender out from the bumper, just pry it out with a small pry tool or your hand.
Unbolt the hex heads, and the bumper should slide out like a drawer in a dresser. You'll probably have to remove the parktronic sensors when you pull it out.
If you have a digital camera and can take a few pictures of the bolts, and what it looks like when you remove the bumper, email them to me and I'll post the procedure on audipages.
It should take about 10-15 minutes total.
