I have completed my belly pan installation using all the necessary fasteners that would have come from the factory. It took a combination of the kit from ECS and a trip to my local Audi dealership to get all the parts I needed. There are actually 35 individual parts required for a complete installation. 9 sets of 3x plastic/nylon parts and 4 pairs of metal parts. The 9 sets of plastic parts are these:
4A0 805 163 (clip) - nine required
4A0 805 121A (dowel) - nine required
4A0 805 137A (washer) - nine required
...... 5 sets of the above are required for attaching the front of the belly pan to the bumper and 2 sets are required to attach each edge of the belly pan into each wheel well.
The 4 sets of metal parts are these:
8D0 805 960 (speed nut) - four required
8D0 805 121 (speed bolt) - four required
...... 2 sets of the above are toward the front of the belly pan and 2 sets are the rear.
Below is a video showing the location of each fastener and what parts are required in each location:

.... if the video embedded above doesn't show the link is:

Hopes this helps clarify the parts required for a complete belly pan installation.
Thanks,
Joe

Cool video, it's nice to see someone still has most/all of them.
Mine have gone from complete, to missing in just one oil change/tire change where the shop broke the pan pulling it onto their center point lift.. (Never should do this BTW..)
