Hey folks, so I've run into a problem that I can't figure out how to fix so I thought I would ask some professionals about this.

I have read somewhere else that an airbag connector (small yellow one with two wires) may stop working for some reason and they cut it and just connect the wires directly. I tried looking for that connector but no luck.
Where do I start and how should I fix this problem?

The connector is down by the floor just under the B-pillar, you will need to remove some interior plastic to get to it. Mine was all damaged by water, bypassed it with a 2.2ohm resistor and never had any issues again.
