I have used both the fuel treatment and the oil treatment in my 1995 Q45t. My local dealer introduced me to the stuff. I can't that it does or doesn't work. All I know is the dealers puts the oil and fuel additives in about once a year.
I bought a can of the fuel treatment and put it in my 928S4. It was kind of scary. The warnings on the can are serious. When I shook the can there was some kind of agitator in the can. After I emptied it in my tank, I could see that there was a disk agitator in the botrtom of the can. I didn't notice any difference in performance or fuel consumption.
I can't say what the Q45 would run like without it, because I've been using it for six years continiously. The car still runs as strong as day one, knock on wood.
Please be careful not to spill the fuel additive on your paintwork. Pretty caustic to paint with extended exposure.
