BIRA Contact?
Does anyone have a contact for the BIRA braking folks these days? I'd sent the BIRA agreement and payment in quite awhile ago and haven't heard anything more from them... do they still exist? The garage in Spokane indicated that the organization is still around, but that the garage isn't doing anything with it any longer.
