Just took the A8 for a run in the country and wasn't kind to it at all.
I am convinced these cars are best between 3500 and 5000 rpm.
On a road with winding bends and long straights I gave it plenty of foot and it was nothing short of exhillerating with the snarl of the V8 as I pulled out to pass time and again simply re-enforcing my adoration for the car.
Must do it more often.

I feel the same...I just put my summer wheels back on because of the warm weather.
Just having them on and washing the car made me feel anew again! I think I may have put the summer wheels on prematurely though. More snow! Oh well. I can swap them out again. I swear, I've got the wheel swap down to where NASCAR people do them!
