I'll try this when I swap out my summer wheels. Thanks!

It's easy to clean when you have the tranny out.

Default Gabor, only you like to take apart trannys for fun.

Speaking of which, you wanna rebuild mine? If i don't fix it soon, i'm going to buy a M3.

The M3 sounds more fun, than the rebuild.

Default Can that area be sealed off?

I was thinking of putting some blocks of closed-cell foam around the HVAC intake to keep leaves and (some) water from getting under there.

Pipe insulation or foam packing materal perhaps.
Thoughts?

the water has to go somewhere, I just wish the drains didn't clog so easily.

NO PROBLEM, BIT OF HANDY WORK AND TWO HOURS LATER YOUR DONE. MAIN DRAIN PLUGS ARE ACCESSIBLE BELOW BLOWER FAN ASSEMBLY RIGHT NEXT TO YOUR ECU ASSEMBLY. DISMANTEL BOTH INTERNALS (ABS COMPUTER, ENGINE MANAGEMENT C, BLOWERFAN, SMALLER CASING ETC. REMEMBER ALL LAYOUT OF WIRING . YOU'LL NEED TO REMOVE THE WHOLE CASING. WE PUSHED THE RUBBER FEEDERS THROUGH. THERE IS ALSO A BIG RUBBER SEAL THE SIZE OFF YOUR HAND ON THE PASSENGER SIDE LOWER FIRE WALL WHICH NEEDS TO BE IN PLACE CORRECTLY. YOU'LL BE ABLE TO GET TO BOTH AT THE SAME TIME. CHEERS FROM DOWN UNDER.
PS: SORRY ABOUT THE SPELLING, I'M BETTER IN GERMAN.
