Brake Caliper Carrier rattle
Front end rattle I posted here a while back finally traced to a rattling brake caliper carrier. I have one on order, however am still sceptical as I can;t see how a static part like this would ever actually wear out. Any thoughts?

that sounds strange. There are (2) 19mm bolts that hold the carrier to the hub. Was one stripped?
If they're both there (and tight) it shouldn't make any noise.

Hmm, second opinion now says CV joint. Have replaced pads, rotors, and wheel bearing. Not a lot else it can be really....
