brake light signal

Default brake light signal

brake light signal came on after i replaced the tail light bulbs. all brake lights look to be working fine. any suggestions? 2000

Default You need to replace your front brake pads, or at least check the sensors

thanks TerminA8r, but its the says brake light, not the brake pad light. my mistake for not being specific.

Default Check ALL your bulbs. How is the center brake light inside your rear window?

You might have a bad ground somewhere.

Is there any brake light under your rear windshield,if yes, checked it, it happened to me on one of my previous cars....

CHMSL bulb failure didn't trip the idiot light on mine - stealer gets $4 / bulb btw.

man i feel kinda stupid. somehow when i changed the tail light bulb i loosened the brake light bulb.
