Ok, here's the deal. I usually buy EBC green stuff from TireRack. I always keep a spare in the garage ready.
Apparently my last purchase was for a 4-pad caliper, yet it said would work for my car.
Was there a time in 1999 that brakes switched from 2 to 4 pads?
Second question, TireRack no longer carries ANY 2-pad fronts for my car anymore -- only 4-pads. Any recommendations on where and what pads I should get now?
Thanks!

My 2000, summer build date, 0023 hundred range VIN still had the 312 disc and 2 pad, one piston calipers. I think it was one of the very last. There are plenty of pads around.

No can do... as I said, TireRack doesn't carry any 2-pad pads for my car. I'll return them of course, but I'll have to find a new source for the pads now.
