The brakes are still pulsing. The tires do need to be rotated and balanced but there is a distinct feel between the wobble and pulse. What else should I do?

-I changed the rear brakes and now I can hear a gear whine from the rear of the car when decelerating. Im guessing it is the diff running low on fluid. Aside from that anyone have some ideas?

-I recoded the locks but was wondering if anyone found a code the has safety lock, windows up and down, and the lock at 15 mph and above and unlock when the key is removed, and the horn honk?

Do you have an ABS light on? Cleaning the sensors is usually the fix for this or if the ABS engages when it shouldn't (slow stop, dry pavement).

If it's a pulsation in the pedal then it's probably a deposit build up on the rotors. Try some consecutive hard stops to try and clean them up.

Check the diff fluid. The noise is probably unrelated to the brake job unless you have a caliper dragging. That's not really a "whine" sound though.

Does the front brake pad wear indicator have anything to do with it. I just have a bad connection.
