Audi sets the standard for poor customer relations
The AoA Advocate is a joke. All they are there for is to say they understand your frustration. They have no power. Their function is to patronize and placate. Owners of Audi's most expensive cars should be treated better. In fact, everyone should be treated better. The dont get customer service.
The service manager at DCH in Maplewood, NJ looked at the window with me and agreed that no objects hit it. This is clearly a crack from the guide lug which must have torqued the window somehow. For this not to be covered under warranty is a crime.
