Can I just use coolant straight out of the bottle without mixing it with demineralized water?

Yes, and add the demin water to the reservoir to top it off....
the water and coolant will mix in the engine. if you are topping off the tank, you can use straight coolant as well. An approximate 50%-50% blend of coolant and demin water will work the best in most climates.
