Can I put lowering springs on my car and keep the stock shocks?

this will only work *well* as long as the spring-characteristics of the spring is in tune with the damping-characteristics of the OEM shocks.
If that mismatches, you will get a bouncy car with a strange feel to it. Like "something is outta wack".
The Eiback Pro-kit is by far the best choice for this. The car stays comfortable but goes 25mm lower (see my sig.pic).
If you want to go even lower, get a complete kit (dampers and springs) because only then will both be in tune with each other.
Tip: your shocks will probably have a lot of miles to them. When you lower the car, those shocks will be compressed all of the time, operating on the limit of the up-down range that the shock was designed for.
(it can be compressed a lot more obviously but those moments are very short). The shock will operate on the edge of it's "comfort-zone" and will wear faster. Putting old shocks with new lowering-springs will kill the shocks quite rapidly.
Honestly, get fresh OEM shocks but...
...be prepared for the fact that they won't work as long as they normally would have. Their lifespan is reduced.
If you would buy a complete lowering-set (springs and dampers) you will notice that the shocks are shortened so they will "sit" in their normal operating-range.
