Hmm but the H&R's that looks good on that S8. I might look into getting a set for my car. How much does it drop the car by. Also the exhaust i have installed now one of the piece sits lower than the rest of the car by an inch. SO dropping it anymore would might be an issue. The new piece you cant tell in the pic but its about an inch lower than the rest of the underside of the car.
One more thing how about wheels. See if my logic makes sense Right now I have 18's if i go to 20' that means that the car will now have an inch more ground clearance and be an inch higher. Furthermore the wheel gap will be close by a further inch, right? If I get H&R's dropping it an inch it should be back to regular ride height but the gaps will then be 2 inches smaller? Does this make sense or am i missing something?

If you go with 20" wheels, you will keep the outside diameter (O.D.) of the tires the same. Therefore, the fender gap will stay exactly the same.
Make sure you follow audipages tire size to determine the correct tire for the application. Choosing a tire that is too large or small of an O.D. screws things up.
The rear of the car is lowered LESS than the front with H&R's. My problem is with the front end scraping when going up steep driveways and down them. Other than that, it shouldn't be a problem.
It lowers the front something like 2.25" on the A8 (S8 a little less because it's already lower) and 1.5" on the rear I believe. The front is adjustable, the rear is not.
