Did you say you got this from a dealer?
I think I have seen this for sale once on ebay.de, I have never seen it installed in an actual car, just the kit on ebay.
I imagine the pictures don't do it justice. Pretty cool.
How much was it if you don't mind disclosing?

This was from an auction on ebay.de. It ended up coming from a Audi dealer in Germany. All factory part numbers etc. And yes, the photos do not do it justice. It has a blue thread that runs through it. Very cool.

Had that in me UrS6, and you're right - there's nothing like seeing that blue thread electrified in the sunlight - NOTHING (unless you somehow imbedded breasts into the trim?).
There's just sososo much more of it in the D2 - SchschSCHWING!!!
