Anyone know anyone who lives in Germany or elsewhere in Europe? What are these kits worth?

If Audi had some in a warehouse somewhere.....think we could get a deal on them?
I bet not....but it would be a nice dream!

Paul,
Last I checked at least the rear piece with the Seat heater cut outs was NLA. However, worth the check into for sure. Also, know that piece by piece I think the kit is over 3K list.

this guy on audizine has done many B5 A4s and S4s and i spoke with him today and he said that he would have no issue doing a kit for the A8/S8!!!! he said that it would probably be in the $600-700 range for the ENTIRE interior trim kit! I bet if we got a bunch of us together he might do it cheaper! We would need to send our trim out to him for about 2 wks according to what he told me but his workmanship is stunning...thoughts?
and above is a sample of his work(this is for a B5)...lots of pix found on the AZ link...

http://audizine.com/forum/showthread.php?t=168141</a

I would hate to give up the wood kit and not have it to replace if needed.... Otherwise, this would be an interesting option... I wonder how it looks compared to the original CF kit, blue thread etc....

Find a '93 UrS4 near you and have a looksee at... it's CF it's the very same.
In mine (I put it in my '95) I found it VERY distracting! As in, I couldn't f'n take my f'n eyes off it to keep them on the road and DRIVE 8-).
Pictures don't do it much justice. Just find a '93 locally and check it out.
And, sadly, I highly doubt you'll find any anywhere. Needle / haystack.
I also like the piano black that was optional at least in the C4 - imagining it was in the D2 as well.
Sigh...
