CD Changer Skips

6 Cd changer. I have the Matu****a(Panasonic)6 Cd changer it has started skipping even on new and perfect CDs, is there a diy fix? 1998 A8 with Concert head unit.

Yes, take the CD changer a part and lube the two rods and the threaded rod that carries the laser

head.
