Check engine light along with a miss

Check engine light along with a miss
started the car this morning it seemed to be missing and the check engine light came on or stayed on. Drove for a few miles miss seemed to disappear but light stayed on. Any ideas. Cars at airport for a few days so will see weds wether the light will come back.

Well on the road this week so cars sitting at msp airport. Heard Auto zone can hook up their computer, dont know if it works on these though. Plugs are new used Auto lite though. Thought there might be a common place to start looking for culprit.
