Cig lighter is stuck in its holder in the down position. Not sure if it is heating it up. any suggestions on how to pop it back out?

1. Check the fuse by seeing if glove compartment light or license-plate lights are working.

My rear one has been stuck since I got the car....never got it out...hope it's not burning up! ;-)

You should be able to easily wiggle it out with two small knifes, or two skinny screwdrivers.

Actually you need to check fuse Carrier (3) number 3. It's 15 amp

Had this same problem in my old A8. Just depress the safety switch on the driver's door arm rest b/w the window swiches and it should pop out w/i several seconds. Now, if only I could get an answer, rather than an obnoxious flame, on how to switch out my front head rests on my S8...
