I would say yes
When I did mine, I had the front end off for the TB replacement, plus I unbolted the alternator.....made it easy. Still had a real PITA for that one bolt.
I am off to the stealer to order the electrical connector and wires for you soon to be mod. I looked at that wheel today.....OMG is it absolutely AWESOME. I have to get a better box to ship it, so it might not ship out today. You'll love the airbag with the chrome circle and rings.
