Default codes

thanks guys for all the help so far. last night I pulled the codes for my check eng light and came back with a few that I have a question about. 1 code 18020 eng control module incorrect (reads 01273) is this correct for a 97 4.2??? if not what is? also another code 18010 power supply terminal 30 voltage too low.. what is that? and finally the tranny code is 00011. this correct for a non tip tranny? thanks again guys I love this site and the knowledge here..

Default Probably just an electrical glitch

The corrective action for 18020 is to replace the ECU, but I don't think it's bad....plus you had a low voltage code.

You cleared them, they went away and stayed off....exactly what you should have done....probably nothing.

Default 00002 is the factory code for the 97 non tip. try to recode to 00001 for a better sporty mode.

If you do the tip module thingy like i did, i recoded with 00011, and its much better at the suggestion of Paulw.
