Compressor pictures, leaking A/C.

<center><img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/135338/picture_002.jpg"></center><p>The leak is from the allen bolt on the right. I know that is hard to see but there is green and then a trail of gunk going back from there.

If you can fix that seal, go for it. If you end up replacing the compressor, try the link below. I bought mine from them- cheapest i could find (brand new for a reman price) with a year warranty.<ul><li><a href="http://www.discountacparts.com">clicky</a></li></ul>

It's already leaking. If I can't fix it then I'll buy another one.

I have no specific knowledge of what can or can not be done to replace the Audi AC compressor seal. The item you have found might be the one. Can the seal be replaced without a complete dismantle of the compressor unit? I do not know. But an automotice AC specialist would be a great help. better than the dealer I would wager.
