Better plan on having access to a good drill press just in case.......
the long bolt that holds the two upper control arms into the main casting can be a real b!tch to get out. I had to drill mine out, and so did PaulW. Some have been lucky, and didn't need to drill, but I'd plan for the worst. Good luck- you'll love it when you're done!!

Seems to be more of a problem in heavy snow / salt the roads states.
Now I've really jinxed myself, since it was 40k+ miles ago that I (easily) pulled mine for the suspension install.

soak the upper pinch bolt overnight. I had to drill out two of them on someone elses car. You can
do it on the car if you need to but hope they come right out.

Not much salt on the roads in CO, but my pinch bolts had 120K miles on them.....
before they were removed for the first time. I didn't remove the upper control arms for the H&R install- I took the lower straight one off. With luck and only 40K miles since yours were off, you might not need to drill ;-)
