Coolant (Prestone 50/50) to top off, do I need to flush?

Today I started getting the coolant warning light when I went around (left) corners. I checked the level when I stopped, and it was a little below "Min". I picked up some of the Prestone 50/50 Extended Life coolant, supposed to be compatible with ALL makes/models, etc. just to top it off, and make sure I didn't end up running low. I guess I'm going to take it to the mechanic to make sure it's not a significant leak problem (due for an oil change anyway).
Is that amount of the stuff going to hurt anything? Should I have them flush/refill the system while it's in there?
I searched a bit, and saw the threads where Prestone's 5/150 was questioned as a valid alternative to the Audi stuff. So I know I should only use the Audi stuff, really it's a question of if the small amount I added will be ok, or do I need to flush and fill...
Thanks,

cause lots of problems with these coolant systems. Material compatability issues are the biggest concern. That being said, I don't KNOW if the Prestone is either compatable or not, but unless Audi says it's OK, I would replace it. In the future if you are low use water to top it off until you can get the correct coolant.

Audi systems don't require addition of coolant. You could have it leaking from the vent caps near the master cylinder, the neck on the resevoir bottle....or a couple other places.
Moniter it for a week or so, see if you have a leak, then fix it and flush it....or if you have to do a timing belt soon, it is part of that service.
