More and more I see these D2 A8s, the more intrigued I am by them.

I've spotted an 00 A8 swb loaded (parktronic, alacantra, xenon,nav), 66K miles, remaining Audi Assured beige/beige, for around 21K. Haven't looked at the car, but it's been serviced maintained by my dealer for most of its life.

Something is tempting me to trade my 03 w/23K in early. Could be cheaper than my lease as well. Maint. costs would be of course my dime, but I pay for oil, some other things out of pocket in case I buy the A6.

Any thoughts?

I just traded my 03 A4 3.0 in for a CPO 01 A8L w/ 25k; saved money too.

It's a beautiful beige compared to other nasty gold cars. NAV is mostly on A8Ls, so this car is fully loaded. Alcantara is not a cheap option.

Price sounds great, I doubt my 99 with 70k is worth as much. 2000 is fresher design and more disirable. I was Audi assured from when I bought it in 4/02 til 4/04 to 100k. I paid 35G, 1.9% over 3 year loan. Car had MSRP of 70G, and only had 18k miles.
