I only briefly considered it. I live in Wisconsin and need all wheel drive for the winters. Also I just liked the looks of the 04 A8L when I saw it. I almost bought a 4matic S-430 but with all the same options it was about $20,000.00 more than the A8L with every option.

Actually it's the last four numbers. I think my car's been on the lot a while - hope that's not a bad omen. I'm working on an updated sig - my number's 8744. I'm actually on my way to pick up my car - the dealer's had it since Monday - I think I'm working on an ulcer.... I keep wondering if I made the right decision.

You have plenty of company g!! Im happy I didnt wait even with the few "issues" the Silver Bullet has encountered. Put your ulcer back in the box and enjoy a truly extraordinary automobile.

Now that my car's back in my garage, I feel like a sense of balance has been restored. It was just very frustrating to know that the service dept. had my car almost as long as I did. Then, to have people ask to see my new car, and to have to say, um.... it's in for service!
