CV joint boot failure experiences?

I had one front outer boot torn at 95K miles, and replaced both sides (the other was cracked pretty badly but hadn't failed yet).

I'm wondering when I should expect to replace the inners and the rear outers...

I'm at 86 or so, and no inners have failed.

The front outers are really the only ones that get stressed.
