I had my transmission flushed and filled with Mobil 1 yesterday. Initally I had hunting, but after resetting the tps, it's been much better. Pep Boys has a buy 1, get 3 free coupon in their MADD calendar ($1.00). If I buy a calendar, do I have to quit having a couple of scotches before dinner?

My car is a 97' with 109K, but the tanny is a 02' with 32K.

What year Transmission Control Module did you use when installing the 2001 triptronic in your 1997 A8. Did any fault codes appear when you hooked everything up?
I have a 2001 S-8 transmission and rear end in my 1998 A-8 and am just about ready to install my rebuilt A-8 engine. I have both the 1998 A-8 TCU and the 2001 S-8 TCU. I will start out by installing the 2001 TCU> I am scratching my head wondering what problems I will encounter when everything is hooked up.
