Default Delayed downshift ? sometimes when coming down light grade

I sometimes have feel a slight "bump" as the automatic transmission shifts. This seems to happen mostly when I am on a slightly downhill grade with light or no throttle.

Since I see there have been many posts with people who seem to have the same or similar, I have decided that, unless it starts getting worse, to just consider it an annoyance - at least for the time being.

While searching the NHTSA site (nhtsa.dot.gov) for registerd technical service bulletins for a different issue, I happened to notice that Audi issued a TSB that addressed delayed downshifting (see below). Anyone know what this service bulletin is about? and whether it could be related to the problem described above?

Make : AUDI Model : A8 Year : 1998
Manufacturer : VOLKSWAGEN OF AMERICA, INC
Service Bulletin Num : 9802 Date of Bulletin: AUG 13, 1998
NHTSA Item Number: 603328
Component: POWER TRAIN:AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION
Summary:
CONDITIONS WITH AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION, DELAYED DOWNSHIFT ON VEHICLES WITH 4.2L AND 01L TRANSMISSION*YC
