Difference between 02 and 03 S8

Were there any differences in the 2 years? I'm looking to buy an 03 for my daily driver.

Anything I should watch out for?

'03: changed from Avus to RS wheels, GPS antenna moved to roof,

oh, and those beautiful color schemes. Mechanically, no changes.

also, '03 did not have the three spoke steering wheel; and no Alcantara option in '03
