I currently have an '00 A8L and I was hoping to replace it this year with an '04. Unfortunately, the '04's are keeping their value a lot better than what I had hoped for (haven't seen one for below $55k anywhere).
So, to get me over the time until the 04's have dropped to a price I want to pay for them, I am looking for an '02 A8L.
The differences between the '00 and '02 that I have noticed so far are:
- standard Homelink on the '02 (some 00's had this, mine doesn't)
- different Tip shift (S mode replaces 4 3 2 gears)
- Nav is an option on the '02
- available tire pressure monitoring on the '02
- Tip controls on the steering wheel
- different Radio controls
Anything I'm missing?

The 02's also have an in dash 6 CD player where the 00 and 01 have the trunk mounted player. The 02's also have memory controls for both front seats. The 02 models also feature electronic folding outside mirrors.
