DIGI-TEC - Tuning

has anyone heard or reccomend the tuning company. they claim to increase you hp 30+ by just upgrading the software?

the problem wihta drop in turbo

is the yearly passing and registration, although you get all the performance products under the sun avialabe here if they are added to your car then the car wont be passed....its crazy
