<center><img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/81409/antenna.jpg"></center><p>I'm going to try out an interior mount on the antenna, and see if the signal will cut out enough forcing me to put it on the decklid or a window antenna. Have a 34 hour round trip over the holidays to test it out.

I mounted mine the same way on my A8, works just fine except in big cities downtown or in tunnels or parking garages. Exterior mount won't make a difference. Have exterior mount on 100S and it preforms the same.

How did you tie it into the stereo??? Is it wired or modulated?

No sat radio in '99, so it is modulated

We did that for my son's iPod in the A6. Same radio, it would work. I may still do it with the A8, if I decide to upgrade from my Pioneer XM903.
