does anyone have a pic of JUST a headlight?
out of the car, I ahve an A4 and i realy like the A8 lights and they look extremely similar in size to the A4 lights. plus it would be pretty different than the E-codes everyone puts in the A4.

I don't think they'll fit
If you have a 97, then you have the two piece headlight/corner marker, and the 97 corner markers are bigger.....I'm almost positive the headlight assembly is also.

so, same shape but larger...ill ahve to get a measuring tape n go to a used car dealer or somthing..
by the way i used one of ur pic poster pics on the A4 forum for an example...thanks
