Does anyone know if 17" S4 wheels will fit on an S8?

ET 45 FYI.
I just test fit one the other day on my front caliper- all good, plenty of room.
S4 models do weigh less, but the A8 wouldn't be much more stress for the wheels. 16x8 was oem for 97 A8s, so a good wide tire on an S4 rim should be fine. I plan to run 4 new P Zeros that are in my basement now. 245/50/17

Which S4 Wheels are you Referring to?
The B5 S4 were 17x7.5 et35 if I recall and the B6 S4 wheels are 18x8 et45. I'm almost certain that the B6 S4 wheels will clear, but never checked it myself.
If you have more than 3mm clearance between your wheels spokes and present Avus stock rims, then it should clear.

They are 7.5" wide wheels. You want at least an 8" wide wheel on your car.....
However, the stock 16" wheel on the A8 was a 7.5" wheel with an ET of 38 or so.....but it came with a 225 width tire.
I would look for a different set.
