Default Drain nipples keep the mice out??!!

I was talking to the local shop about the (center) plenum drains that were still clogged after they supposedly cleaned 'em out (they're going to re-clean them free). I said that they could just snip the nipple/hose on those to help them drain, but the shop owner suggested I not do that. Why? Because those little hoses apparently keep the mice out. He went on to tell me about some Saab that was in his shop because a mouse nest in the engine made it catch fire. Hmmmmmm....

Default That's what those engine covers are for.

Those crazy german squirrels were chewing through the rubber hoses.

I cut the tips of my nipples, I'd rather deal with a mouse nest fire than have to replace my ECU again.

Apparently, the aforementioned mouse nest fire wasn't just little.. the car blowed up good.
