Default DRIVERSIDE WINDSHIELD WIPER FIN
Is it suppose to be on top of wiper or bottom of wiper? My driverside shutters bad and it is brand new wiper blade. It is currently fin is on top of blade.

The fin is a spoiler, used to keep the wiper down at high speeds. I think it goes on top.
