Default Drove the 04 A8 Last Night!!

In-!@#$ing-credible.

I know what my next car is going to be.

Audi didn't seem to miss a trick, very well thought out. The understated elegance is better than ever.

I highly suggest going out and taking a drive in it. I'm quite certain you'll be impressed.

I love the Northern Blue as well...but for some reason IMHO the platinum doesn't do the interior justice...in my eyes gray tends to make interior composite finishes look very plastic...I'm going for the Sabre (black) interior, delivery in early August...tick...tick...tick...

I think if I were to get one, I'd order what is now called "night blue" I think it's close to the ming blue on the previous A8's. Actually, I'm looking at the color choices in the book and so many of them look great. Of course seeing it on the actual car makes a huge difference.

At this point, all I've seen in the flesh for 04 A8's was silver and black, both great. However, the Black with the 19's is in my head front and center. It would be a really hard call.

Thanks for the response! I love the silver/black combo but I saw it with the 18" rims and to me, it didnt as good as the car with 19" rims. The Northern Blue is a great color but I believe that the light interior doesnt do it justice. It almost has the look of plastic. I understand that after the factory vacation in August, almost any color will be available. I found this out from a TT owner.
