I am getting a rattle from the emergency brake lever. The rattle seems to stop when I lift the lever about 5mm. This rattle started when the emergency brake lever was pulled real hard. Is there anyway to fix this problem.
Thank you

And not keeping the parts tight.
The only thing that I would know what to do is to possibly pull the pads, screw in the pistons slightly (press them back in) and then readjust the parking brake by pulling on it a few times.
Don't even know if this will help.

it looks like a cable adjustment point at the bracket that splits the single pull cable/rod off into the two rear cables. In any case, loose cable(s) is the source of your problem.

You'd have to search, but there have been a few posts on how to adjust it from under the car using an extended socket with a couple of extensions I believe.
