Actually...
Really fairly easy. Take the drivers wheel off and the sensor is easily accessible just above the identification plate on the tranny. The cable runs up to behind the cam on the drivers side. The connector is the middle connector between the O2 and the Cam sensor connectors. I would say this is easily a 30 minute or less job.
