im getting 4 codes on my scanner 1-mass airflow sensor-sinal too high,2 oxygen sensor -internal resistence too high, 3 emission control has both incorrect flow and a code for small leak.
is all this bad news or can i replace the oxygen sensor and be good to go? help a brother out!

It certainly sounds like the 'ol O2 sensor, but it would be nice to be able to look it up to be sure. One other thing to look at would be the vacuum lines. Those little rascals can deteriorate and give out similar codes.

First thing to do, check your vacuum lines. Before diving into the evap purge regulator, MAF, and O2 sensor, let's look for the cheap and simple solution first. I just had a similar issue on my A6 (codes: intake leak, MAF, heated O2 sensor bad reading) and it turned out to be a bad hose that became disconnected. If you have a Mityvac, it's easy as pie to test your lines. If you don't have one, either get one or have someone do it for you.
