So, it turns out my Dealer parts guy WILL do business over the phone. Unfortunately, the only oil cooler parts they can find in ETKA are the plastic pipe, three external "O" rings, and the 5 bolts to hold the unit together.
But I also need the internal stuff. They see the figure "8" seal and the holes for the four internal "O" rings in the diagram, but no part numbers for these. TTuling mentioned when he did his 5 valve engine (2000 and newer D2) that all these bits were in a "Resealing Kit" but the parts guy can't find them.
Big favor, anyone have a working copy of ETKA covering the 2000 5v that can tell me the part number(s)?
Thanks again,
Brian C.

Only way that's not the right number is if I'd bought it separately on another day, but I don't think it happened that way.

So, I call back the parts guy armed with the number and tell him to look at the last entry on the third page of parts numbers. Well whaddya know says he, A bit more than you says I. Add $30 bucks to the parts tally now at about 50 total.
I'll post the parts numbers and how the process goes horribly wrong for me once I get through it. My mechanical mojo is gone and yet I still turn the wrenches. With a second daughter on the way, I can think of better ways to spend the money. It's some form of penance (the fixing the car part, not the house full of women part), but at least it's estrogen free.
Thanks for all the quick and useful responses.
PS. I finally got ETKA6 to work but it doesn't have the AKB engine file...I think I'm downloading an update using bittorent...damned if I know.
