Facelift Seats in a pre-2000 A8? Easy Fit?
Just curious if it has been done, and if all the harnesses plug int he same. I am unsure if the 99 even has airbags in the seat, I know it has them for the rear seats but it does not have curtain bags like the 2000,2001+ do.

There are airbags in the pre-facelift seat, just no curtain. I actually prefer the pre-facelift seat myself and I think the leather is a little more durable. It is also interesting that Audi chose to offer the pre-facelift seat in the S8 as the comfort option instead of the facelift seat. I have no idea if they will fit although I would think so. Personally I wouldn't go through the trouble.
